About this property

This 3 bedroom 2 bath contemporary Cape-style home was built in 2004 and is located on a knoll in a small residential neighborhood on the ocean side of Route 6, between Gross Hill Road and Gull Pond Road. The interior is bright and open and there is a front porch as well as a deck off the dining area. There is a bedroom with a queen on the first floor along with the kitchen, dining, and living areas. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, one with a king, and one with three twins. It is about ½ mile into Wellfleet Center via Briar Lane, about 5 minutes by car to Gull Pond, and a little farther to the ocean beaches. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request..

Lovely summer rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a lovely comfortably furnished, tastefully decorated home with all the amenities. We particularly enjoyed the covered porch in front, as well as the side deck with a large umbrella; we were always able to find shade outside.

Great location

Great location, clean, and property was listed accurately. Perfect distance from beach and town in a great neighborhood. Only thing to improve was communication with the realtor. And thinking about having window ACs in some of the bedrooms. Fans were available, but the weather was very muggy so the rooms didn’t cool down much at night even with the fans going. The realtor instructions were different from the house instructions which was confusing, especially finding the correct internet password and what needed to be done at checkout. Other than that, we throughly enjoyed ourselves!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is perfectly situated, close to the beaches and ponds, and just a short walk into the center of Wellfleet. The house was well stocked with supplies when we arrived, and the property manager was very attentive to a couple of requests that we made. I highly recommend this house if you are looking for a getaway in Cape Cod.
