Beautiful home with enclosed sunroom
Enjoy this 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home that is an open-concept design and spacious for the entire family! It has two unique spaces: a spacious sunroom on the main floor with a quiet nature view and a large theatre room (110” screen) in the basement for a cozy evening movie night. The sunroom has adjustable windows with both a dining space where you can enjoy a meal, as well as a lounge area to read a book or relax in the hammock. The windows can open to allow the breeze in and can be closed if it is raining.
The main floor includes a large living room with a cozy fireplace, the kitchen with a 3-seat large island plus a separate dining table, as well as two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and the master bedroom with an ensuite (separate shower and soaker tub). Laundry is also located on the main floor. There is a heat pump source in the kitchen for air conditioning in the summer months. A large theatre room, a fourth bedroom, and a study/office room are located in the basement.
Our neighbourhood is only a 15-minute drive to the heart of Charlottetown and within 20-25 minutes of many beautiful PEI beaches! We are also located right beside the Cornwall/Charlottetown KOA if you are traveling with camping friends.
