The Space:
Mareazul is a tropical haven. It’s stunning and beautiful every which way you turn, and it’s off the beaten path, a bit north of downtown Playa del Carmen, but still close enough to 5th Avenue, where you can start far north and walk cycle or take a 5-10 min taxi ride or drive to a prime spot on 5th Ave, lined with shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, live music and more.

- LUMINOUS OPEN LIVING SPACE with two plush sofas and a large wall-mounted Smart TV – the perfect spot for relaxing downtime moments at home with direct access to your private patio and pool.

You may find it hard to leave Marezaul’s paradise, with its gorgeous 10,000 sq ft swimming pool with bridges and swim-up ledges to sunbathe, plenty of poolside loungers, and the beach and sea just in front. You’ll have two restaurants on-site if you don’t feel like going too far. One of them is beachside, so you can enjoy a relaxing brunch with a Caribbean Sea view! Or, head to Marena Beach Club for a change of scenery and a more lively experience. They also have a pool there and serve food with a full bar.
On top of this, you’ll also have grand amenities like a modern gym and spa with massage services, tennis courts, a mini-mart and a golf course just next door, the Gran Coyote Golf Course, designed by the legendary PGA Pro Nice Price.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and shared access to the amenities at the complex.
The Neighborhood:
Inside Mareazul Beach Resort at the north end of Playa del Carmen, about a 5-10 minute taxi ride to the famous 5th Avenue where you’ll find block after block of restaurants, cafes, bars, live music venues, great nightlife, rooftop pools, and some of the best shopping in the world!
Playa offers beach and beach clubs, water sports like snorkeling, scuba, stand-up paddle boarding, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (freshwater sinkholes special to this area!), private yacht & fishing charters, golf, day trips to Tulum or Cancun and more! The island of Cozumel is just a 45-minute ferry ride!

Getting Around:
The condo is located in Mareazul, about 53 km | 33 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Please check your mobile map apps when you arrive, as driving time varies based on the time of day. If you arrive by car, there’s a dedicated parking spot for you. If you're not renting a car, then it's best to pre-arrange airport transportation.
For any sightseeing or activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) where you need to go.
Other Things to Note:
We provide a few bath essentials like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner & body wash, but please note when you run out, you’ll need to purchase more.
There is no daily housekeeping, but if you’d like the place cleaned, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please message us at least 24 hours in advance and by 5 pm the day before the service.
Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety.
WE KINDLY ASK ALL GUESTS TO ABIDE BY THESE HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises unless with prior authorization if service pets. A pet fee applies.
- We ask that you please use the safe box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected. The use of music devices and speakers in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food, or coolers are allowed in the pool. Please only use disposable or plastic cups in the pool area.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property using door codes. However, first you must stop at two gates to show your ID and give the security guard the address. There is one guarded gate upon entry to Corasol community and another upon entry to Mareazul. The doors to the building and to the condo have keyless entry with digital codes. These access codes will be sent to you before arrival.
