Private Charming Victoria main level Suite-like, newly renovated beautiful large1-bdrm queen bed & Den with a single bed. Shared laundry room , but with separate outside entrance. Enjoy the spacious living area with a large screen TV, with a sofa queen bed option. There is also a single bed couch option by the kitchen if needed, are all comfy with soft sheets, lots of plush pillows, & darkout blinds for restful sleep. This Cozy main-level suite, is complete with new beautiful grey laminate floors and a welcoming fresh coat of paint throughout.The kitchen is stocked with lots of kitchen appliances, & a small dishwasher. The private fenced backyard is perfect for your pets to run around with a new deck with Gazebo for entertaining.
The 2 TV's provide WiFi, Roku, Netflix, Global TV. Shared Washer, Dryer, entrance off the living room. The extremely quiet tenant and dog live upstairs and have an entrance from the back of the house to the laundry room. Access your private entrance off your covered garage, with lots of extra driveway parking. You will enjoy this beautiful home just a 3 minute walk to Shelbourne Village Square where there are lots of shops, corner grocery store, Pizza, Starbucks in the Mt Douglas Park neighborhood. Only a 10 minute drive to downtown Victoria, Bus stop is also located by the home.
