Beautiful private property with amazing cypress trees lining the property. This was the perfect home for a weekend away with my husband. The house was clean with beautiful furnishings. Great location, two minutes to town. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!
The apartment was nice and very clean. The kitchen had all appliances, utensils, dishes, and cookware needed to prepare meals when we didn’t desire to eat out. The bed was a king and slept well. Nice desk provided work space for my computer. We enjoyed the wall fireplace at night. It was cozy for us. This apartment has been added to our places to return when in the area.
Very convenient to downtown shops and restaurants. It is a roomy space with ample parking. Bring your own toiletries and request extra towels and wash cloths before arriving. The unit temperature is remotely control so call the property manager immediately if it's too hot or cold. There is no toaster but the broiler works. Everything is brand new.

Okay to stay
Positives: great location to downtown areas, we were able to walk to Hazelwood and Waynesville’s downtown areas. Very cute. The apartment was private and easy to access. The host contact ( not the host as far as I can tell) was was easy enough to contact via email. Did not answer or return the phone message I left, but she did respond via email which was fine.Plenty of parking.
Negatives: We stayed for 5 nights, the first night it got hot and stuffy. I looked all over for a thermostat, since it said it had ac, but I could not find one. I contacted the host contact who informed me , “

Beware of this one
We had a 5 night stay. The only good thing I could say It is a great location in this area. When first opening to door. We saw some places with spider webs and small bugs the spider had caught. Then in going into the small bathroom we saw a live small roach. There were several in the kitchen too. I think it had not been rented in some time and no one checked on it before we got there. Called the host right away to tell them of these issues. I told her I felt I needed to mop and sweep the floors, which there were none. And no sponges in the kitchen. Within 30 mins someone was there with these items. Later when we went to take a shower, we saw one wash cloth and the three towels were very old. Waited to call host the next day and she did not answer. I left a message and she never got back to me. We went to buy our own wash cloths. Yes we thought about leaving right away but we had a pet with us and we were there on business and really didn’t have time to move. We did leave a day earlyIt is a shame because this place could be very cute. The bed was comfortableOne more thing. You have no control of the ac or heat. It is controlled from the main house. All in all not a great experience. Find a different place to go.
