Modern coastal entertainer beach house with spa in Rye close to Rye front beach and surf beach, Located close to fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, golf courses, wineries, day spas. Our modern coastal family home features 3 bedrooms all fitted with queen size beds, each bedroom has own bathroom/ensuite. Self-contained bungalow with ensuite, smart TV and sofa bed. All linen and towels provided. Perfectly appointed kitchen including double door fridge with water and ice, appliance cupboard, coffee machine, pantry, hotplates, oven, microwave and dishwasher plus a built-in bar with fridge. Living and dining room with built in gas fireplace and smart TV and Foxtel. Outdoor spa, decking garden and bbq alfresco area with cafe style blinds. Air conditioning and heating throughout, carparking and free WIFI.
