This was the cleanest most comfortable rental we have ever had. It is obvious that hosts love, care and maintain the unit. Marcial was quick to respond to questions and reached out to ensure we had everything we needed. Ocean view was great from our deck and we spent hours sitting on the pier watching fish and birds over the water..very peaceful. Pool and grounds were also very clean with well trimmed trees and plants. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a quiet retreat or as a home base as you explore all the restaurants and adventures found in the keys.

Property was very clean and appeared to be nicely updated recently. Marcial was quick to reply to any questions and helpful. We were away from property much of the time but did use the pool and the Island Grille bar one day and thoroughly enjoyed.

Host is very communicative. Super easy check in. Provided us with all info we needed prior to arrival. Condo is exactly as shown in pics- very clean and all the amenities you need for vacation. Best location of all the buildings- right in between beach and pool. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in this complex before and really like it . Great pool and beach set up in perfect location. Condo was as advertised. Excellent communication with owner and very low stress. The location of the condo was our favorite part, close to both pool and beach. All balconies are tiny but this one has a great view. Would stay there again.

This condo was beautiful, and very comfortable. The beds were great, bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked and in great condition. By far this was the nicest condo I've ever rented and I travel a lot! Additionally, the owner called to be sure we were able to get into the condo on the first day and offered his cell number which was very kind.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely 2 bedroom apartment. Beds were comfy and everything clean was beautifully decorated. It was nicely located. We had a wonderful view of the ocean. Marcial gave us a lot of great ideas on where to eat and what to do. Answered my questions promptly. Highly recommend!!!!

Very clean room, comfortable beds, nice perks like beach towels. Nicely furnished kitchen with dish and dishwasher soap, paper towels, laundry detergent. Bathrooms supplied with shampoo and bar soap. I forgot to communicate allergy to scented products so had to unplug room air fresheners and get different shower soap, but that was my fault. Enjoyed the view and the ease of parking, beach and dock. Would highly recommend.

This was our second time staying here and the property is exactly as shown, Marcial is a wonderful and very responsive host. The location of the property is perfect, walking distance to beaches and pools. Will definitely be booking again!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The ocean view is nice and sunrises can be wonderful. Proximity to the pool and beach is a plus! An elevator to the 2nd floor is great. The host is very prompt answering questions and takes pride in making you feel at home. Would visit again

Much needed relaxation and boy did I get it ! Well we all did but mainly me , rented a boat a couple days, also got ahold of Capt Tom he took us out diving. Will be back soon !

Relaxing Retreat

We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. Everything was so nicely decorated and extremely clean.The beach area was very relaxing. This little gem will not disappoint.
