This custom-built 4-bed/4.5-bath hacienda-style home is located in the Tierra Linda subdivision just off of River Road in Concan and comfortably sleeps up to 19 guests.
Enjoy your private-entry bedroom featuring its own bathroom or gather together in the main living area featuring an oversized kitchen and plenty of space for all.
During the day you can enjoy the scenery sitting on the Saltillo-tiled covered back patio or take a dip in the pool and in the evening enjoy the fire pit with built-in seating for smores and stargazing. However you spend your time, Casita Bonita will become a fast favorite for your group. And, if you need more room for friends, Los Corrales and RioVista are right across the street, just yards away.
Located less than 3 minutes from House Pasture Cattle Company restaurant and live music venue, Frio Valley Ranch golf course, and various Frio River access points, and just 8 miles away from Garner State Park, Casita Bonita is perfectly located right in the heart of Concan, Texas!

We met in college in 1995 and have been together ever since. Frio River Resorts was started by Brannon's parents nearly 20 years ago and it has been continuously Hightower-family-owned and operated the entire time, with us buying the business in 2018.
We're local and we live in Concan full-time and enjoy serving as stewards of our community with participation in local boards and volunteer organizations. You've likely seen us on River Road as you leave on Sunday supporting the Concan Volunteer Fire Department in our “Fill The Boot” fundraising campaigns, or out to eat at Neal's or House Pasture.
