Marketed as "Walk to SUU!" is a signal for College kids. It's a basement pad with a long staircase going down. Not ideal for post-College age folks. We're still capable of handling these situations. Cosy and comfy. That is all.

Liked: Communication, location, listing accuracy
It was close to campus which was nice. I was surprised to discover that we hadn't rented the house; it was just a basement apartment.

Great spot!
Charming apartment, fully renovated and comfortable. Lots of helpful details like light switch labels and thoughtful items like soft cloths for makeup removal.
Pros: nice decor, well stocked kitchen, walking distance (20-25 mins) to Shakespeare festival, quiet neighborhood.Cons: 1- tidy, but not clean. I needed to personally clean counters and sinks before I felt comfortable with my family using them. Floors and rugs need to be cleaned. 2- all the mattresses and pillows need to be replaced. Very old and uncomfortable. One mattress was visibly sagging and bowing and no one could sleep on it- used couch instead.3- just needs basic TLC- crooked pictures/mirrors, several broken things, all the clocks either didn’t work or were set to the wrong times. Peeling/cracking dry wall around shower.4- basement apartment spiders
