Beautiful, pristine home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, contemporary style with vaulted ceilings and skylight in a wooded and secluded area of East Hampton- close to scenic beaches and bays!
Five miles to the Atlantic Ocean and approximately 5 1/2 miles to the towns of Amagansett and East Hampton, and about a twenty minute drive to Montauk. Northeast of the village, is the hamlet of Accabonac Harbor, Gardiner’s Bay and Three-Mile Harbor. Some of the most spectacular and serene beaches can be found here in the calm of the bay water - great for families!

Ideal for monthly get away or longer for all seasons!

The house offers an open floor plan and allows fresh, cool summer breezes flowing through the house. Large living area with comfortable seating, with large smart TV equipped with cable and NETFLIX subscription for relaxing when you're not up and about. Living room leads directly into a large sun room great for reading, and more leisurely activities including enjoying the back yard and large deck in the garden. The sun room leads directly out onto a deck and heated swimming pool.
The open kitchen has all updated appliances and besides the usual flatware, cookware and dishware, there are additional appliances that you may like - toaster, coffeemaker and coffee grinder, popcorn popper, soda machine.

The outdoor offers a BBQ grill great for cooking up locally caught fish and fresh veggies from the Farmer's Markets. There is also an outdoor shower and patio furniture- perfect for summer entertaining!
Bicycles, beach chairs and umbrella are available.

Wonerful

The house was roomy, clean and had all the comforts of home including up to date electronics. A great breeze constantly flowed through the property. A simple palette of color eased the soul. The home located at the end of a side road was quiet and only minutes away from all fun the town has to offer. The homeowner was very attentive and prompt to respond to even the simplest of inquires during our stay. I highly recommend this property. One thing to keep in mind, the house does not advertise or include a microwave.

This New Yorker has been going to the Hamptons for over 30 years. Beautifully maintained and peaceful surroundings. I will definitely rent this house again! Well kept and tranquil. All the amenities, just like home. The owner is savvy and understanding. -Rick

Peaceful Retreat

This vacation rental's serenity envelopes one upon approach as a beautifully simple and sun-dappled sculpture sits within a circle of trees welcoming those who enter. The immaculate house with its white palette and beautiful black and white photos invites deep breaths and relaxation. Upon entering the front door, the vision of a glimmering pool surrounded by swaying trees creates anticipation of that first swim. This really is a stunning rental! All of our needs were anticipated! ...comfortable beds and bedding...organic soaps and conditioner...robes and slippers...plenty of towels for bath and pool...a fully equipped kitchen...a washer and dryer...a wonderful screened - in room by the pool where we spent all of our meals...a Sonos music speaker and smart TVs...plenty of space in closets and dressers. This house was designed with the traveler in mind and it offers comfort and solace and a peaceful setting to rest and recharge. It is close to town and beaches and yet far enough away to feel out of the hub-bub. Best rental we've ever had! Thank-you!!

Living full time in Manhattan and was intrigued by the draw of Springs area of the Hamptons, particularly East Hampton. Fell in love with Springs after renting for a couple of off seasons myself. I spend as much time as I can in East Hampton.

Why they chose this property

This property is so quiet and peaceful- it could not be better for guests, with or without children. You rarely see a car on the street. Great area for biking, hiking and water sports!

What makes this property unique

Spending time with family and friends can be so hard to come by these days, with harried schedules, schools and well, just life! I strive to give the house an ambiance which induces the warmth that comes with those special moments - because they are so far and few between. Between the comfortable furniture, nice linens, pool, and BBQ - you rarely have to leave the house if you wish!
