Close to beach and charming East Hampton and Sag Harbor villages, this 3 bedroom, 3 full bath home is waiting for you. Open and bright, the spacious living room opens to the deck for easy entertaining/barbecuing. Three Mile Harbor is a short 9 minute walk where you can launch a kayak or a paddle board. Calm bay beach is only one mile away and ocean beaches 6 miles away. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace on cool evenings. Outdoor shower makes 4 showers total.
2364 sq feet of total space including 864 sq foot of just completed beautiful recreational space in basement with rec/game room, reading nook for kids, laundry room, office/exercise area with Peloton bike. Organic, manicured landscaping and garden.

Fantastic stay

We had a wonderful, relaxing time at this charming home in the woodsy area of East Hampton. The saltwater pool was beautiful and well-maintained as was the backyard, which had a lovely hammock. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was an easy drive to the market, farm stands, and the beaches. The owners were thoughtful, kind, accessible, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Great property in perfect location

We stayed at Ben and Kate’s house for 1 month. House was clean, with good layout for our family. The garden was great for kids. Tons of space for playing soccer and games. My kids enjoyed the jungle gym as well. We picked tomatoes and cucumbers every day. Pool was perfect and outside gets good sun. Location is very close to good bay beaches. We took out the paddle board in NW harbour, which is a close walk down the street. We love sag harbour which is about 15 min drive. It’s slightly less to East Hampton and Amagansett. We do lots of running and the streets around NW harbour are fun. We did trails around cedar point which is also close. Overall the house was perfect for us and location allowed us to explore all the good spots .

Goldilocks Vacation Place

The location and amenities of this property were just right for us. Its close enough to town but far from the crowds. The house is not too big, not too small. The space is comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the area because we could walk down to the water to take the Kayak out. The pool is the best feature...relaxing and beautiful. The owner was very helpful and provided great instructions. Lovely place, spacious and tranquil

As you can see by the photo, the swimming pool is a great feature of this property and what keeps me going back. Salt-water and heated in a tranquil setting, it's perfect for laps. I go off-season for the quiet. Inside, everything you need, lots of space and I learned all about Sling, Hulu, and cable alternatives for tv news and movies. Easy drive to E. Hampton or Sag Harbor, Cedar Point is a nice alternative beach you can bike or jog to. No complaints!

Great Stay with Beautiful Modern Pool

We really enjoyed our stay. The heated, salt water pool is top notch. The owners were incredibly responsive, answering texts within 15 minutes. The towns of East Hampton and Sag Harbor are both very close, as is Shelter Island. Overall a great stay!

Serenity defined!

This lovely getaway provided just the peace and comfort needed to recover from a harried summer. Spacious rooms were decorated in a tasteful, minimalist manner, with luxury towels, ample dining space for friends, and a heated, salt-water pool. Minutes from the center of E. Hampton and just a few more to Sag Harbor, for all the restaurants and shopping you could desire. Bikes for getting to the local beaches. The owners were very gracious in welcoming us with wine and coffee, and only a text away. They responded to our questions immediately and were very accommodating and friendly.

Beautiful summer getaway with top notch pool

This is a great house in East Hampton with a gorgeous backyard and brand new heated pool. The house is very well appointed and the renovations that have been done add even more value. We could not have asked for better hosts. Ben was immediately responsive to any and every question and request, even during the work day. We chose the location close to the bay thinking that it would be better for our small child. In reality, we spent almost every day in the pool. but the bay beaches were great for collecting beautiful shells. I am sure we will rent this house again on another vacation in the Hamptons.

Perfect vacation home in East Hampton

We totally enjoyed our stay in this spacious, clean and well-appointed home in East Hampton. Close to everything--beaches, bays, shops, supermarket and restaurants--this property offered convenience while also being private and tranquil. The wooded lot had ample parking for several cars and a lovely deck adjacent to the two-story family room. The kitchen is oversized with everything we needed. In fact, the house had every amenity we could think of, and the owner went out of his way to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The house is meticulous and well-maintained and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. My family highly recommends this lovely home.

A perfect holiday getaway!

Ben and Kate's East Hampton house is really beautiful. It is hard not to relax when you have a crackling open fire, white-tailed deer wandering through the front garden, and a long list of restaurants and leisure activities on your doorstep! The house was large, very clean, and well-appointed. Ben and Kate were very helpful in suggesting local restaurants we could visit, or wineries we needed to try. We definitely took them up on the recommendations! We can certainly suggest this property to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday getaway with friends and family. You will not regret it.

Excellent find!

I was so thankful to find this property after another house we were meant to stay at fell through (beware of scammers!). Ben and Kate were extremely helpful ahead of time, providing us with information on the house, what to expect of the area, and answering all of our questions. The house was perfect for what we needed (a girls weekend away)! Beautifully kept and decorated just as you would expect of a tranquil Hamptons home (white upholstered furniture, driftwood dining table, outdoor table and chairs, etc... not typical of a Hamptons rental). The pictures are up to date and accurate. It is tucked away in the woods, which was quiet and serene, but very accessible to beaches, restaurants, shops, bars and everything the Hamptons has to offer. The owner, Ben, was very easy to connect with before, during and after our stay. They even left us a welcome gift upon arrival! I would highly recommend staying here, and will definitely look to stay here again. Thanks Ben and Kate!

the perfect retreat

staying in this beautiful home was the perfect retreat for me and my family during the month of August. the home was perfect for me and my husband, and our toddler daughter. it truly felt like our own home away from home. it had everything we needed to go to the beaches. being just a short walk or bike ride to the water made days and evenings perfect. ben and kate (the owners) were always available if we had any questions, and were very helpful. the home is clean and comfortable. we certainly already miss it. it really is a gem of a home.

Summer Home Away From Home

My stay here could not have been more enjoyable. I rented the house for a couple months over the summer, mostly for weekends. Ben and Kate (the owners) were available any time I called or emailed with questions, always quick to reply. The home was nicely furnished and really did feel like a home away from home. We had everything we needed from towels/linens to kitchenware. Even outdoor seating and a hammock to relax in. There are two beaches within walking distance and Main street is just a short drive away. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect location and experience. I highly reccomend this property to anyone looking for anything from a short weekend getaway to a long-term stay.

Great Summer House!

Great house! Everything was newly renovated and clean and house was fully supplied with nice linens, beach towels, cookware, silverware, games, etc. We really enjoyed grilling out and having dinner and breakfast out on the deck. Love the Hamptons beaches! Ben and Kate (owners) are super nice and bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed! I would recommend this house to anyone!
