About this property

This home is beautifully appointed and only two blocks to the beach and boardwalk. You are a short walk to all of Rehoboth's great shops and restaurants as well! The many amenities include a comfortable 1st floor living space, top notch kitchen with a large island and stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, open concept kitchen/ dining area, and a second floor living area perfect for reading or watching your favorite TV show. There are 4 bedrooms including first and second floor ensuites each with King beds and a private bath, a refreshing outdoor shower for use after a relaxing day at the beach, and an outdoor eating area with a gas grill for those summer alfresco dinners with friends and family. One car off street parking and 2 Rehoboth Beach permits are provided for use during your stay.NO BEACH WEEK OR GRADUATION CELEBRATIONS ARE PERMITTED. GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE.
