1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, cozy, bright and spacious living and kitchen area with a balcony. Pull out couch available for a 3rd person (additional 20€ per night).
Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning and heating, 2 elevators for easy access. Full gymnasium, restaurant and back patio with a hot tub (tub is only open seasonally). Easy to get around from the home. Has metro station at its doorstep (check operating hours) as well as supermarket across the street, various bakeries and pastry shops to grab a quick bite. Many eat in or take out places.
10 minutes from the airport (quick cab ride, or grab the metro).

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
KEYS/APARTMENT At the end of your stay, please return key to reception. If at your time of departure no one is at reception, please slip key into top left mailbox behind reception desk.
GARBAGE/DISHWASHER Ensure garbage/recycling is taken out to appropriate bins at front of building. Bins will be out after 8 pm. Dirty dishes are washed and dishwasher turned OFF before departing.
ELECTRONIC BLINDS to be closed TURN OFF ALL LIGHTS AND A/C UNITS before your departure. If house rules are not followed, a minimum 30€ fee may be charged. Wishing you a safe trip!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Garbage must be taken out at the end of your stay. Bins are out by the front door after 8pm. 30euro fee will be charged for garbage left in unit.
Please ensure you turn off all lights and the AC/Heating unit before you leave the home.
Ensure all dishes are washed prior to departure. DO NOT leave dishwasher on while out of the home.

Good location

We had a great week in Lisbon. The apartment was in a convenient location, just steps away from a subway stop, and a Pingo Doce grocery store across the street. Very easy to walk to plenty of restaurants nearby. We wonder if there was a hospital or police station in the neighborhood because we heard sirens a lot every day. Other than that, we had a great stay.

great place and location

really close to the metro, very good value for the place. just be careful if you need to check out before the receptionist is there (i had a flight at 6am) -- it's possible for you to be trapped in the receptionist lobby because the door from the apartment area to the reception is a one way door... very scary. thankfully an uber driver saved me

Easy stay

A lovely basic accommodation. Clean and comfortable. A super comfy mattress, so you’ll get a good night sleep. A balcony is a plus. The tinies shower, but you make do. There is a supermarket across the street and a fully-equipped kitchen. Metro is a block and a half away, you are not far from the center. All and all, was really comfortable.

It's the little things ...

We stayed a full week and what was an OK stay could have been a great stay if some attention had been given to details, such as one towel each, the clothes airer broken and discarded on the balcony, smelly mops and cleaning equipment stored in the bathroom which lacks hanging space etc. The on site staff were excellent. The apartment faces Av. Alm Reis which is very noisy, with emergency vehicles and constantly blaring sirens.

Short stay at Lisbonne

Very convenient with a small supermarket just in front and a parking at about 200 m. There is also a metro station close to the flat. The accommodation is modern and well equipped. The only downside is some traffic noise at night. During the day, the ambulance sirens are a bit surprising :) When we arrived someone was at the reception desk and gave us the key with the code of the door at the bottom of the building.

Reception to building ( not related to VRBO) excellent.

No attention from VRBO upon arriving. Building receptionist graciously greeted us. She actually saved us, in fact on many levels. The TV stopped working second day, but we thought it might correct itself. No. The building receptionist, Vanessa came up to troubleshoot, but to no avail. Overall, w/o V our stay would have been one star.

Bel appartement bien situé pour un séjour à 2 réussi.Appartement très propre et bien équipé, climatisation, lave vaisselle, cafetière Dolce Gusto. We purchased in this neighborhood due to all the amenities and the great location. 10 minutes from the airport, close to major highways yet it has a great vibe with a variety of options for dining and accessibility to public transit. One is within a 25 minute walk to the Rossio, where you can shop till you drop, or just sit and enjoy a drink or simply relax and people watch.

What makes this property unique

The home is a cozy unit with all the amenities one needs for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Cook in or eat out. The choice is yours. We offer a full kitchen with all the appliances you require. The homes has heating and air conditioning, and the building has a gymnasium, a snackbar/lounge with tv's and a pool table to hang out at night as well as a pool on the back patio, where you can lounge, enjoy a drink or a snack and meet fellow travelers.
