A wonderful house with a spacious lot right on the beach—literally “feet in the sand.” A paradise on a safe and very peaceful beach. In addition to offering plenty of comfort in the common areas—including a large terrace with a gourmet kitchenette, barbecue, pool, and garden—the bedrooms are very comfortable, all equipped with split-system air conditioning, beds, and high-quality sheets and bath towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils. A washing machine is available. Pets are welcome!
The space
There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor: 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom and 1 spacious suite with a balcony. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms that share 1 bathroom, a living room, kitchen, pantry, terrace, and half-bath.
The house has a caretaker who handles outdoor maintenance and a cook who also tidies up the common areas.
The house is located in Ponta de Serrambi near the Serrambi Resort Hotel, on the side facing Santo Aleixo Island. It is 15 km from Porto de Galinhas Beach and 1 hour and 20 minutes from Guararapes International Airport in Recife
Guest Access
Guests will have access to all areas of the house, the private pool, the garden, and on-property parking.
