Beautiful property

This property was the perfect package for us, plenty of room for the 10 of us. The property is quiet and peaceful very nice neighbors, and the kids had a great time in the lake. I highly recommend this property.

The house is fantastic! Our only complaint is that for the amount of people the house can sleep, having just one refrigerator is troublesome! Would be really helpfulto have another fridge if even just a wine/beer fridge in the bar area downstairs! This was our 2nd stay here and we are contemplating a rebook here for next year!

The house is fantastic. The screened porch became our living area. The kayaks and the hot tub were so much fun. The downside is that the oven did not work so all of our food, already prepared and made from scratch, had to be rethought and our food was not as good as it should have been.

Best lake front retreat in clean quiet neighborhood

Conveniently located between several restaurants, grocery stores and marinas is this perfect and peaceful retreat on Lake Norman. Everything about the stay was perfect, there house is adequately stocked with everything you need for a family retreat on the lake. The owner and property manager were very detailed and responsive to all our needs, we will be back. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

So hard to say goodbye

Really impressed with the property. We were a group of friends and family who get together every year for a men's week vacation. Everything you need is in the house and some things you didn't think of. The house may actually be better in person than the pictures. I will be back!

We were a group of 10 childhood friends gathering for a girls weekend at Lake Norman. Plenty of space, beds and bathrooms to accommodate us all. The screened in porch was a major plus, as well as the wonderful hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked and the amount of additional fun supplies (pool table, basketball hoop, cornhole boards) were total bonuses! Absolutely would stay again. Highly recommend.

Overall, the accommodations fit our family fairly well, altho due to the cooler temps, we weren't able to utilize any of the outdoor amenities except the hot tub. A drawback was only one bathroom in the lower level.

Quick getaway

Spend a quick 3 day getaway there with the family to celebrate my sisters 40th birthday. We went in october and even though the weather was nice to be outside and enjoy the sunshine, it was too cold for the water. We did enjoy sitting on the dock and watching boats come in. They did have the water boards and kayak for us if we did choose them. At night we used the fire pit and hot tub to relax. The house was big enough that we could be together but also have space if there were different things we wantes to do. We would differently come back again.
