The Space:
This 2,812 sq ft contemporary two-story family home will sleep up to 14 loved ones and is the ideal stay for your epic trip to the vacation capital of the world! And, you’ll be less than 3 miles from the happiest place on earth – Disney World! Staying at Windsor Hills is also a big plus, as the community offers loads of amenities and fun for the whole family.

- A bright and inviting FAMILY ROOM with plush sofas and a large wall-mounted Smart TV for relaxing downtime moments at home together when you’re not at the parks.

- A fully equipped KITCHEN with quality appliances and all you’d need to prepare meals at home. Plus, essential extras like a coffee maker for morning perk-ups, a blender for afternoon beverages, and a dishwasher for easy cleanups.

- A large BREAKFAST BAR at the kitchen counter with cushioned stools for a quick bite, a coffee, or to use as a laptop workspace. The home has FAST WI-FI, so remote workers can stay seamlessly connected!

- A KITCHEN NOOK with a table that seats 4 also makes an excellent laptop work spot or a place for a quick bite with a view to the pool.

- SCREENED-IN LANAI with a SWIMMING POOL and SPA! There’s direct access from the kitchen. You’ll find covered dining on the patio and sunny lounge areas around the pool. It’s the perfect way for the family to enjoy a fun pool day together when you’re not at the parks!

The Clubhouse is within walking distance, and it features a resort-style pool, waterslides, splash pad, sundries shop, game room, movie theater, tennis courts, putting green, basketball courts, and a playground.

Guest Access:
You’ll have exclusive access to the home during your stay and shared access to the resort amenities.

The Neighborhood:
You’ll be inside Windsor Hills, a 24-hour guard-gated resort community with a wealth of family fun amenities! You can walk to the clubhouse pool, and there’s a sundries shop, game room, theater, putting green, sports courts, and more. Plus, centrally located near a variety of restaurants, outlet malls, shopping, and world-class golf!

Getting Around:
You’ll be about 24 miles | 40 km from the Orlando International Airport (MCO). It’s always best to check your mobile phone map or traffic app for driving times, as they differ depending on the time of day.

Other Things to Note:
We kindly ask our guests to please abide by these HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 USD penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or anytime during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
It’s a self-check-in property using an electronic door code. Access codes will be provided before arrival.
