This home is Luxury from the moment you walk in the door. With timber floors throughout and top of the line fittings and finishes this home is a delight!

The living areas are large and open planned. The kitchen has stone bench tops, top of the line stainless steel appliances including fridge, dishwasher and microwave, along with a butlers pantry. Perfect for cooking a delicious meal for the family.
This living room opens up with counter lever glass doors which retract for indoor outdoor living. Sprawling onto the large back deck which offers seating for 6 along with a BBQ for those family meals.
The lounge room offers 2 sofas with a smart tv for your entertainment needs.
There is a powder room with a toilet on the lower level.
The master bedroom is located on the lower level, with ensuite bathroom with bath tub, walk in robe, ceiling fans, Smart TV & block out plantation shutters.

There is a pull out lounge located downstairs in the foyer. This is a double and sleeps 2.

Up stairs you will find 2 bedrooms and another living room fitted with a smart TV and seating. The bedrooms adjoin this space. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, built in wardrobe & block out plantation shutters.
3rd Bedroom consists of a Queen size bed, walk in robe, ceiling fan, plantation shutters & jack & jill bathroom with a shower and toilet that is also accessible for the guests upstairs.

My girlfiriends and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed, and then some. The back deck was beautiful. Early morning vists from the Kookaburras and other lovely birds. The property is close to everything. Would thoroughly recommend.

Puppy friendly stay

We chose this property because it was pet friendly. It was a great choice for ours (2 dogs). Large sized backyard and huge storage/kitchen. Also so central to everything, 10 mins to the beach, the shopping centre, gyms, cafes.

The property is lovely and in a great location. It would a great place for a long stay. The only issue was it was not as clean as it could have been, when we arrived there was food scrapes still in the sink, the upstairs shower had mould and there was rubbish under the bed in one of the bedrooms. There was also dirty gloves left on the verandah out the front.
