Sparkling clean completely seperate and private guest studio on 2.5 acres in the Verde Valley! King size bed, fully equipped Kitchenette, and full private bathroom, Zen lounge with gym, shuffleboard, old school video games, football, darts, outdoor kitchen. Imaculately clean, crisp white linens & towels, Cotton Bath Robes, Large flat screen “smart TV” TV with fast Starlink internet access for Netflix, etc., Waterproof Bluetooth speaker to enjoy in your room or out by the pool, and WiFi. You will feel like you are on a tropical island getaway... but in the desert!

Incredibly clean private guest studio with panoramic views of the red rocks and majestic Mingus mountain, wildlife and nature abounds! Thirty-foot salt water swimming pool, fire pit, completely dark skies for unbelievable star gazing, Foosball table, Gas Grill, incredibly quiet retreat with private entrance, no through traffic, just serenity and beauty! The guest studio is on our family property, but when you are staying with us the backyard, swimming pool and hot tub are for your exclusive use!

In addition to the private studio with kitchenette, full bath, king size bed, hardwood floors, etc. you have access to the Buena Vista Lounge! A huge seperate guest space where you can work out with free weights, treadmill, recombinant bike, BodyPump, bands, etc. Play authentic shuffleboard, 100's of vintage video games, or just chill on the giant sectional sofa and watch a movie on the 75" HD smart TV!

Outdoors simply sip morning coffee or an evening glass of wine next to the 30' x 15' swimming pool outside your door (not heated other than by the AZ sun) or in the completely private and secluded Hot Tub heated year round (no fee) steps from the studio. Hiking trails, privacy, indoor / outdoor entertaining space, gas grill, and much more! Private entrance with a keycode lock for self-check in, completely detached from the main home. Very private.

Centrally located for all your AZ adventures! Visit the red rocks of Sedona 15-20 min away, quaint Old Town Cottonwood, quirky, haunted town of Jerome, Historic Prescott, Old Town Clarkdale, skiing in Flagstaff, hot air balloon rides, wineries, tasting rooms, incredible restaurants, Pink Jeep Tours of Sedona, ATV rentals, swim & kayak in the Verde River, TONS of hiking, biking, only 2 hours to the Grand Canyon! Great location in AZ

We went to visit family, but the central location was great. Downtown Cottonwood had cute shops, wineries and restaurants. Close to Sedona, Jerome, Flagstaff, Williams and Grand Canyon is a 2 hr drive. The owner, Glen, takes great pride in having 5 star properties and taking care of his guests!

Quiet getaway with a view

This lived up to all of the reviews that I had read prior to booking! The property is immaculate, and they have thought of pretty much everything! The suite was perfect, the pool and hot tub were amazing! A very private & quiet get a way, it was just the relaxing weekend that we needed!

Perfect spot for our weekend in Cottonwood/Sedona

We absolutely loved this guest house and the adjacent yard with a pool and hot tub! From the moment we walked in, we felt warmly welcomed. Glen and Kristen thought of everything to make our stay relaxing and memorable. The pool felt great in the afternoon, and the hot tub was perfect in the evening. The interior of the guest house was extremely clean, cute, and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in town!

A Perfect Getaway!

Quiet neighborhood close to Sedona and Jerome without the noise and congestion of Sedona proper. Guesthouse was everything it promised to be inside and out. Property manager was very helpful with answering questions and making great recommendations. We fell in love with old town Cottonwood. Great restaurants and wine tasting. Definitely would love to stay here again on our next visit.
