New construction for 2022. Waterfront home on Gulf Intracoastal Waterway in an active 55+ community. Patio with panoramic view of the waterway. Multiple community amenities include a marina, large ADA compliant heated pool, hot tub, large clubhouse, pop tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, state of the art exercise room, billiards, and ping pong. There are over 25 clubs and the community has an active social calendar open to all residents year round which can be viewed on Country Club Estates Venice website.
The sitting room, sun room, dining and kitchen area have wonderful views of passing boats and wildlife. There are miles of bike/walking paths inside & outside the community including a 4 mile bike path to the Gulf of Mexico. Shopping, groceries and many restaurants are within easy walking or biking distance and the rental includes bicycles.
The home has 2 bedrooms; one Sleep Number king in master and two twin sleep number beds in guest room. 2 baths, 2 tubs, 3 showers. Full kitchen with dishwasher, gas grill & free Wi-Fi.

We are a recently retired attorney & cardiologist. We chose to build on this location because of the easy access to all we need without needing a car including bike paths to the Gulf, grocery stores, restaurants, theatres, salons, shopping and a very active and social community to include clubs for boating, pickleball, trivia, movie nights, regular pass the hat live music and dancing events and exercise groups.
