The Space:

Set across two levels, this light-filled coastal home embraces its elevated position with expansive ocean views, generous living spaces, and a seamless connection to the outdoors. Natural light pours through large windows, creating a relaxed atmosphere where the surrounding landscape becomes part of the experience.



The open-plan living area is centred around a wood-burning fireplace, offering a cosy place to gather, while air conditioning keeps the home comfortable throughout the warmer months. The spacious kitchen is designed for effortless entertaining, complete with modern appliances, ample preparation space, and a coffee pod machine to start each day. Flowing into the dining area and out to the expansive timber deck, it's easy to move between cooking, sharing meals, and enjoying the fresh sea air. Fire up the BBQ, settle into the outdoor seating, and take in uninterrupted views across the bay as the sun begins to set. The backyard provides another peaceful space to enjoy the surrounding landscape and fresh sea air.



Four thoughtfully appointed bedrooms offer a restful night's sleep, with three king beds and one queen bed. The primary bedroom enjoys an elevated outlook, adding to its calm and private atmosphere. The bathrooms are equally well considered, including a deep bathtub that's perfect after a day spent exploring the region. Laundry facilities provide added convenience for extended stays, while garage parking makes coming and going easy as you discover nearby wineries, walking trails, and local attractions.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Surrounded by native bushland and crystal-clear waters, Eagle Bay is renowned for its peaceful atmosphere and spectacular natural beauty. Spend your days swimming, snorkelling, or following the walking trails through Meelup Regional Park to Rocky Point, where rugged headlands meet sweeping coastal scenery. Local favourites including Eagle Bay Brewing Co., Eagle Bay Olives, and Wise Wine are all just a short drive away, offering everything from long lunches to wine tasting. For boutique shopping, cafés, restaurants, and everyday essentials, Dunsborough is around ten minutes away, making it easy to experience the best of the Margaret River region.



Getting Around:

Eagle Bay is approximately 10–15 minutes’ drive from Dunsborough town centre, It’s a short scenic drive through the Cape Naturaliste area.

Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know.



Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.



School Leavers:

We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.



Rental Agreement

As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.



Firewood

A small supply of firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.
