Great and quiet location that was just the right size for our group of people. It was nice having the extra space for everyone to enjoy our stay but still have some space to do the things that we wanted to do on our own. Beautifull and clean, great house. The only problem was not enough towels. I saw another review about that, but I didn’t have any room in my luggage to put extra towels. The towel issue wasn’t worth giving less than 5 stars, but they definitely need to add more so everyone can have at least 2 large towels per person.

Overall, this was a great place to stay. Very close to many different food options. There is construction going on of new homes within the neighborhood of this new development. It was a convenient place to stay for my team of coworkers.

First let me start by saying, who ever said that this house was not clean must live in a hospital. The house was very clean, access was easy. Neighborhood was safe we even had packages delivered from amazon and groceries delivered from walmart before we arrived and no one bothered them. My ony cons were the limited amount of towels and there is only 2 tvs in the house. Lots of stores nearby and 30 minute drive to downtown. Also lots of Ubers in area wait time waz less than 10 minutes each time we ordered one. Oh they didn't have a pizza pan.

This home was big. Our family needed a home this size for our stay. But it didn’t have the plush extras - there was only one towel on each queen bed - thankful we had two children who could share a towel or we wouldn’t have even had enough towels for all of us. The kitchen was spacious and so were the bedrooms. Plenty of space for all of us was so nice. In a very nice neighborhood. Nice and quiet.

House has some problems

the house met our needs. we needed a large home quickly for a funeral. the house construction is not great: the garage door didn't work, the upstairs shower didn't work, the downstairs bedroom was very cold. also there were not enough linens for 10 people: no hand towels or washcloths and not enough bath towels. we had to go to target to get sheets because the sheets were itchy.

The house was relatively new & in a quiet neighbourhood. It was relatively well setup with the basic necessities but lacked a few critcal thingsEach of the beds had sheets, a comforter & two decorative pillows on them. I was surprised to find the regular pillows missing from the bed. In the room’s closet there appeared to be two different pillows that someone else most likely left behind. I could not find any pillow cases that belonged with the sheet set. It felt odd but i settled by putting one of the pillows from the closet under the fitted mattress sheetI would recommend you bring your own pillow which i decided not to do at the last minute when i left my own homeWe couldn’t locate any garbage bags for the provided bins but that was rectified by a gentleman that showed up at the house on behalf of the hosting company 15 or 20 mins after we arrived. Seemed odd but he seemed to do a walk through of the bathrooms in the house & provided some extra towels / toilet paper after asking the number of guests that would be staying at the house
