The Space
Upon entering through the front door, you'll arrive in the open-concept living area, which includes a comfortable living room, dining area and spacious kitchen - perfect for spending time with your whole group, whatever the activity. Enjoy a spacious sofa and accent chair with a mounted TV above. The dining space has a table for 6 and the kitchen is fully equipped and designed with modern conveniences.
Vacation is no time to do laundry, however, you can - if you want! This home is equipped with laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.
The Primary Suite provides a generously sized retreat, full of natural light. It features a king-sized bed, a wall mounted smart TV, and ceiling fan. This spacious room extends to the en suite bathroom, offering a double vanity sink, perfect for couples.

-The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours (about 3 days) before arrival. -An accurate guest count must be provided.-No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction. -Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am -This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are used during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property. -No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
Starter Supplies:
We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home's maximum occupancy for the first week of your stay.
Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.
Pet Policy:
This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $150, per pet, for stays less than 30 days. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).
Baby Bundle:
If you have little ones, we offer: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a highchair for $65 per stay. Please make this request at the time of booking or 24 hrs. prior to your arrival.
Mail: Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.
PROPERTY CARE INSTRUCTIONS: TREAT THIS HOME LIKE YOUR OWN - Please ensure that the grill is covered when not in use. This helps to maintain the grill's condition for future guests. Failure to comply may result in a cleaning or maintenance fee.

The house was exactly as pictured and was in a nice neighborhood not far from several restaurants and stores. The host was amazing to communicate with and was quick to respond to every question we had. The house was well-stocked with pretty much everything you would need and was an easy drive into downtown Louisville. The only issue we ran into was that the outlet that the oven was plugged into didn't work, but we only needed it once anyway, so this wasn't really that big of a problem for us. Being able to park in the garage was also great because we went with another couple and drove there separately, but left one of the cars at the house the majority of the time and rode together in the other car when we were gone for the event that we went to. I would definitely book this property again.

Nice neighborhood and place was clean but some issues
The place was nice and clean. The problems we had were: they promised in the listing that we would be able to park a vehicle in the garage that was not the case. The garage door open was lost and we couldn’t get access to it: So it was difficult because we had to park on the street. The master bedroom fan did not work correctly. The remote was the same in the living room but the bedroom remote did NOT work properly. The blankets for each bed were so small that when someone rolled over the covers were yanked off because they are so small. They did bring us extra blankets and towels because they only give you the bare minimum. The pot holders they supplied are made for people with very small hands. Maybe you should look into the square potholder you don’t have to put your hands in. You need a cookie sheet so you can cook garlic bread or pizza without burning your hands on the oven.
