Summer Magic is the perfect beach home in Carillion Beach .It’s so clean , comfy & cozy .The screened in porch is the best place to start the day with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine later .The owners have thought of every thing you’d need to enjoy your stay .Cant wait to come back !

This was our second time staying at Summer Magic and we loved it just as much this time.We love that there are no stairs, a ramp to the porch, and there are plenty of extras for the kiddos—plates, games, nightlights, etc. The location is great and we love hearing the bells! We will be back again and again!

Precious house beautifully decorated…close to one of the neighborhood pools and a block from the beach!We enjoyed our stay so much with lots of neighborhood walks!So easy to communicate with the host!

We had a wonderful family spring break at Summer Magic. Great location, a quick walk to a quiet and gorgeous beach. The owner was very helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Summer Magic was the cutest little beach house we’ve ever been to, we loved how close it was to the beach as well as how clean the home is! It was an incredible experience. Highly recommend visiting!

One of the best houses we have stayed at in the Carillon Community. Highly recommend. We have a family of 5 and it was absolutely perfect. The proximity to beach access was great and our host, Courtney, was helpful, attentive and very knowledgeable of all things Carillon!

We’ve stayed multiple times at this house and it continues to impress! It’s a perfect set up for families with the best screen porch to have meals together and enjoy breaks from the beach. Everything is steps away.

We loved summer magic. It was clean, nicely decorated and cozy. Such an easy walk to the beach.

Absolutely loved our stay here. We have stayed at several properties in Carillon over the years and this by far is my favorite. Super cute and recently updated. Everything we could need in the kitchen was provided, which I find to be rare. Great location on property too. Will book again!

Perfect house and amazing porch

We had an amazing stay at Summer Magic. The house was spotless clean, the kitchen is perfectly stocked with all the gear to cook great meals (just bring your own spices), and the porch is the ultimate space for enjoying meals and hanging out after a day at the beach.

We’ve been coming to Carillon for 5 years now and stayed at a different house every time, Summer time magic was hands down my favorite, it’s location is perfect, layout is great for families and it’s very clean and cozy!

2024 Beach Trip

10 out of 10 recommend staying at Summer Magic. Every detail is well thought out and communication from the owner and own site contact was superb. Very close to the beach and other amenities within the neighborhood. Thank you for a fantastic vacation, we cannot wait to visit again.
