Our stay was great! Shuneela was quick to reply to our messages and assisted us when we needed the help! The place is in a great location and it is exactly how it is described online. Great place to be close to falls and cheap

Had a great stay at this house, owner was very responsive to questions and requests, the house was very clean and modern. It had everything we needed such as cooking supplies, toiletries, cleaning supplies, towels, etc. recommended to go and enjoy the falls and Clifton Hill.

Modern and very clean place for family stay

A very clean, modern, and family friendly house in Niagara Falls. Host Shuneela responded immediately to any questions we had, so our stay was very smooth. We found a local grocery nearby, Lococo's, with very friendly staff.

Everything is new and in great shape. Place was very convenient to Falls and close drive to Niagara on the lake and Ravine winery which was wonderful. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again. May want to bring your own wine opener😊

Great Getaway Holiday

The house was clean and neat as a Pin with all the amenities we were looking at for this stay. One suggestion, for coffee lovers, some bigger mugs in cupboard would be great. We were close to Niagara and Niagara on the lake- everything we needed was close by. I would highly recommend for anyone else staying here.

Overnight Getaway

This was our second stay here, and it was lovely. Clean and modern. The host is quick to respond. I had left a jacket behind on the first stay and it was there waiting to be picked up. We will definitely return!

Fantastic Host and Property

This property is as-advertised! Very clean with a well-stocked kitchen. The host is exceptionally responsive to emails. We had a small problem with the battery lock and it was taken care of immediately. This location is fantastic for visiting Niagara Falls. We loved the property! It’s clean and cozy. Our group definitely had a relaxing stay. It’s close to all the attractions in Niagara and the area is nice and quiet. There are kitchen utensils available for use and linens provided. The beds are really comfortable. It’s definitely better than staying in a hotel. The host was so kind and responsive during our stay. A beautiful home to stay in!

The property was clean and welcoming. Very modern and most conveniences were provided. It is light and airy with a very modern feel. The only thing that would be nice would be to have some coffee pods available (there was only 1, and we were a group of 4). Beyond that it was a pleasurable stay and we will definitely be booking it again for our next getaway!

New townhouse, stayed for the weekend and had no real issues. Noisy neighbor but they turned down the TV when we asked. Would stay again.

Modern townhome close to the falls

The townhome was modern and conveniently located near Niagara Falls. It offered three comfortable queen-size beds, two full baths upstairs, and a half bath on the main floor. While the kitchen was functional, it could have been better stocked with utensils—we had to borrow a can opener from a neighbor. If you plan to use the dishwasher, be sure to bring your own detergent. One downside was the lack of access to a washer and dryer. The laundry facilities were locked, and although we asked to use them to wash towels, we were told they were broken and wouldn’t be replaced until after our departure. This meant reusing the same towel for our entire stay, which might be something to consider if you plan to visit. The bedding was clean, but the floors could have been cleaner as our socks picked up a fair amount of dirt. On a positive note, the owner was communicative and very responsive throughout our stay. Despite a few inconveniences, we would consider staying here again if we return to the area.
