The property was just minutes away from the downtown shops, restaurants and beach. The house was nicely furnished and very clean with a fully equipped kitchen. The first floor was rather warm but the upstairs bedrooms all had air conditioners. There were plenty of towels and paper products. We enjoyed our stay there!

The house and location were great for a long weekend for two couples. The house was very clean and well equipped And the back deck was perfect for early morning coffee. The location was walkable to downtown restaurants and bars and a long walk to the water. Overall we were very satisfied.
Our family and plus-ones were all able to stay comfortably in this well-located property in Ludington. A quick walk or drive to our favorite local spots, quiet at night, and the house had everything we needed for cooking a few meals for our crew as well. Window a/c units in each bedroom worked perfectly for sleeping easy on hot summer nights, and fans on the main level kept things comfortable though we did wish more of the windows were able to open on that level. Our group didn’t utilize the basement space but did peek our heads in to check it out and everything looked as described/pictured. The property manager is very helpful and quick with responses which made communication and check-in easy and efficient. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

Group of 2 adults and 4 teenagers enjoyed a long weekend at this rental house in Ludington. The house was clean and the check in and communication was easy. The location was fine – very quiet at night. We could walk to the downtown area and also easy to drive to many great points from here. The house had everything needed to cook meals and a table big enough to accommodate our group to eat. Air conditioning units in the bedrooms are great – perfect for sleeping, but we did have an issue that the windows in the main living room area would not open. I think this is something they hope to correct as it would be ideal to have some airflow as it can certainly get hot in July and August. We managed with some fans to keep cool enough since the vast majority of that day we were not in the house. The teenagers enjoyed some of the games and playing in the basement on the air hockey table with their own TV down there at night. Parking was fine – we had room for both a car and truck to park onsite. Overall a great rental for a medium size group wanting to explore the Ludington area.

We so enjoyed our stay, location was great and house had everything we needed. Our only complaint was the basement smelled like mold so we didn't venture down to enjoy the game room.
