Very reasonable price. Love the location. Close enough to the town of Shasta and the mountain. Most importantly, far enough away that it was a peaceful, quiet getaway. Nice view frim the spacious porch. We really hope to come back.

Nice Location

Excellent Stay. Location, property,, and the amenities were awesome. WiFi was a little slow and spotty, but probably expected in a remote area. Overall, loved this place, and family wished we had stayed here a few more days.

Fun family trip!

It was a quiet place for my family and I to catch up after a very long time away from each other. Great open areas to hang out both inside and out!

Friendly, communicative host. Easy entry with simple, concise instructions. Great location. Super clean! Cozy digs. Comfy beds. Well-appointed kitchen. Wonderful view. Loved the wood-burning stove and interesting sheet music at the piano! Everything we needed for our snow-less ski weekend. Hopefully we will be back next year for some snow!

Was a great place to stay

The property was wonderful. A couple cleanliness issues but the owner was going to inform his house keeper about them. Definitely would stay here again.

Great retreat.

After a last minute need to find a new spot to stay (thanks to wildfires), I discovered this location. It has a lovely view, very quiet woodsy location, with lots of room, and well stocked.
