The house also features a purifying water system, making the tap water drinkable and fresh. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay.

Community Amenities
The property offers a Pickleball Court and Pool. The pickleball court is first-come, first-served, and guests must bring their own paddles and balls, as they are not provided.

Casa Vista Oceano is nestled in the jungle, where you may encounter local wildlife, including monkeys, iguanas, tropical birds, and arachnids. We recommend embracing the beauty of nature while keeping in mind that this is part of the authentic Costa Rican experience.

Please Note About Local Roads:
Our home is located in a beautifully raw and natural part of Costa Rica. The area has a mix of paved and unpaved roads, and as with many rural regions, the unpaved sections can be rugged—especially during the rainy season when potholes are more common. This is part of the authentic Costa Rican experience, but it does mean that a 4x4 vehicle is strongly recommended for comfort and safety. The journey is part of the adventure, and it leads you to an unforgettable stay surrounded by nature.

Travel Recommendation:
For the most convenient arrival, we recommend flying into Liberia International Airport (LIR). Our home is easily accessible from Liberia, while San José (SJO) is approximately a 5-hour drive away, depending on traffic and weather conditions. Choosing Liberia will allow you to start enjoying your stay much sooner.

Property Layout:
Our property sits on just under 2 acres of beautiful mountainside terrain. Because of the natural elevation, there are multiple sets of stairs connecting the main villa to the casitas. The views are incredible, but please note that the hillside layout does require some walking and stair climbing. Guests who enjoy a bit of movement and a true mountain experience will love the setting!
