The property was such a great beach location and easy to access both the property and the beach along with the promenade and the main street in Seaside for shopping and restaurants. The property was conveniently located and we were able to walk to the grocery store to pick up supplies. I would definitely stay here again.

The view was wonderful. The condo had everything I needed to cook my meals. The one thing I would have liked was room darkening blinds in the bedroom. But that is the only thing everything else was comfortable.

The location was very clean and had a great view of the ocean. It presented very well and had a great decorated beach theme throughout. I had to communicate with the host three times during the stay with just simple questions and the response was very prompt and friendly. Everything you need to be comfortable for a short or extended stay is present. We were there for two nights and the entire stay was excellent. The building is an older building and noise from the floor above is readily apparent but what you would expect from normal close living quarters. Just something to be aware of but nothing to detract from this location itself. We had a great and congealed time and if seaside comes back to our travel plans would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect Location

With a gorgeous view of the ocean and positioned right on the promenade, this was a great location to relax and get some walking in too. The interior could use a little upgrading but everything worked fine. Would stay again.

The location of unit 203 was perfect and the unit had ample space for our family of 4 (2 parents and 2 adult children). We would consider renting this unit again

Great views

It was nice place to stay close to promenade and all the fun things! Lot a of kitchen gadgets! the beds do need to be upgraded but other then that it was great!

Great location!

Great location & cozy place. I would suggest additional towels and there were no linens for the pull out couch or pull out bed. Plenty of blankets though.

Perfect condo

This condo was awesome for my husband and I to get away for the weekend. The view was phenomenal, and all the shops off the strip were within walking distance, which was a stress-free way to enjoy our time in Seaside. Highly recommend!

4th of July Family Trip

We had a great time. The condo was perfect distance from downtown and all the 4th of July activities. Perfect view of firework show and people watching. The place was clean and right on the boardwalk and with easy access to the beach. Make sure to bring your own coffee for the keurig. Thanks for a great stay.
