Please note that the boardwalk to the beach by the pool area is temporarily closed for reconstruction, but you can still enjoy easy beach access via the boardwalk at the east end of the resort. Thanks for your understanding, and we're sorry for any inconvenience.

Furry friends welcome! Up to 2 pets allowed. A non-refundable pet fee applies and must be paid directly to the management company.

Much improved from last year and Hurricane recovery going well. Takes time. Grounds and pool were excellent. Sure do miss the missing boardwalk down to the beach. Olivia, the onsite manager is fantastic, very client oriented. Last comment: these units get a lot of traffic, owner(s) might consider replacing ageing mattresses more frequently.

We had a great time staying at Signal Inn with our dog. The place gave us enough room to stretch out, and it was so convenient walking over to the pool or beach in just a few minutes. We loved walking the beach with our dog. We'll come again soon !!

Family vacation

Overall that stay was good anytime in Sanibel is great. This is our second time since the hurricane and although it takes time to recover, there are things that should have been done . For the units on the other side of the pool and units that are far from the boardwalk, it's an inconvenience to go through other units and their personal space to get to the walkway to get to beach. Some units blocked their space forcing us to go all the way around with small kids was an inconvenience. Anyway the other boardwalk can be restored? This would help and alíviate interfere with other units. Our unit had very little to no utensils to cook with. No measurement cups or spoons no baking items . One pot to cook is not enough. And several frying pan. I'm sure people eat out which we did as well however we do cook at is expensive enough. We have been going on vacation to Sanibel for at least 38 years and expect to keep coming back. I'm sure the modern time is ok but for some, having the personal experience makes it much better. But back in the day, we have a nice welcome with wine and toys for our furry babies. I never saw anyone in the office. Very little lines one one set for the king bed was provided not for the kids room. Oh and who ever did the beds, the flats goes first then the blanket on top. No vac in unit either. Overall I was in Sanibel so we all were happy. We love this place as records would have shown you How often we stay here. We will be in September already looking forward to it.
