Comfy suite with private pool （4-6 guests)

This suite, perfect for a family or a few friends, features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Located in a quiet community in Niagara Falls,Canada, it includes a private pool and a beautiful garden providing a bright, comfortable , relaxing retreat.

The living room is equipped with a TV offering free access to Netflix and YouTube (Premium). Numerous restaurants are just minutes away, while the Falls,Casino,and Clifton Hill are a mere 5- minutes drive away.

The suite has 2 floors. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, each with a different bed (1 king,1 queen,1double), and 1 full washroom.Essentials like towels and shampoo are provided.

The living, dining area, and kitchen are located on the main floor equipped. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. From the kitchen, there’s a door leading to the backyard, and a private swimming pool!!!

This house is divided into two suites. You will be staying in the entire main floor suite. The pool is available for your use, but please note that there is an additional charge of $25 per day for heating the pool to 85 degrees Fahrenheit.
We reside in the downstairs suite, which has a separate entrance, and we have a cat. Guests can park two cars on the left side of driveway.

The pool is reserved exclusively for your group.It has a water depth of 2 meters (6’5 feet),so please bring your swimming ring to ensure safety. If you wish to have the pool heated to 85 degrees Fahrenheit, there is an additional charge of $25 per day. If you need this service, please let us know in advance and we will heat it for you. This option is available from June 1st to September 30th, The pool is open from 11am to 11pm.

Please note that this is a quiet community. Parties, loud noise and loud music in the backyard are not permitted. Visitors are not allowed without permission, and they cannot use the pool.
