Welcome to Timberwoods Villa, a comfortable and beautifully maintained two-bedroom, two-bath villa just minutes from Siesta Key's world-famous beaches. Perfect for a week-long vacation, monthly stay, or seasonal escape, this inviting retreat offers the comforts of home along with outstanding resort-style amenities.

The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy and includes a cozy bistro table for casual dining. A separate dining area seats six guests and opens to a spacious living room furnished with comfortable seating and a large TV for relaxing after a day in the sun.

Step outside to the screened lanai and enjoy peaceful views of mature pines and tropical landscaping while dining or unwinding in the Florida breeze.

Couldnt be more perfect

The single floor villa was big, clean, and everything worked. Quiet area. Katie kept me onformed. Great communication. The pool claims heated but it was cold. Will def stay here again

Good stay and very helpful

They were great at communicating and helping us with any problem along the way. The place definitely could have been a little cleaner. I did have to vacuum after we arrived and mop the floor.

Lovely condo in Sarasota

Property was as advertised. It’s a clean home with appropriate amenities. Pool and shuffleboard and tennis courts are nearby. It’s very convenient to local beaches and kayaking. The only issue we had was with contact with the property owner in terms of quickness of response to our concerns. We only had a few minor questions, but did not get answered in a timely manner. Otherwise it’s a lovely home and perfect for our stay in Sarasota.
