Welcome to "Aswood on Havannah" an older style 3 bedroom home completely renovated and refurbished located on the fringe of CBD.
Polished floor boards with modern kitchen that flows out to a delightful deck / outdoor entertainment area. Modern Stainless Steel appliances
Enjoy the cosiness of a gas log fire curled up on a comfy lounge. All brand new furniture purchased for comfort. Enclosed yard provides privacy.
All bedrooms have TV installed, Ensuite bathroom to one of the bedroom.

Please note this is a self catering style of accommodation. Tis the responsibility of guest to provide their food etc.
Close to the CBD within easy walking distance to put, clubs etc.
Pub directly across the Rd for that easy meal and a cool drink.
