We had four adults staying in this exceptional VRBO and we all loved it. We've rented in many places around the world and this one would definitely make it towards the top of our list. Everything was comfortable, clean, and convenient. The A/C works great and the in home speaker system that you can just hook up via Bluetooth is a super nice touch. The "fun box" on the lanai was full of well kept things to make your beach days more enjoyable. You can haul them right around the outside of the condo to your car and when you return, there is a hose to easily clean everything before it's stored again. The view is awesome! Parking is literally steps away with no stairs involved making luggage and groceries super easy to unload. The BBQ grill was also only about 25 yards away. I never saw anyone except us use it, and it was clean and propane always full. The quality of the furnishings, bedding, paper products, and supplies were top notch. We 100% would rent this place again in a heartbeat. Bravo to people who own/run this VRBO!

Great little Condo beautifully decorated, very clean with all the accessories you will need during your stay. The A/C was a great asset and heat if cool. Step out of your door and explore Turtle Cove well worth the slippery hike. Whale watching outside on the patio each morning was a surprising bonus. Would 100% come back and stay again.

This place was absolutely amazing. The ocean views from every room were breathtaking and made our stay feel extra special. The home was very well equipped with everything we needed, including beach and snorkel gear, as well as a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils. The atmosphere was incredibly tranquil so peaceful that falling asleep felt like listening to the Calm app all night. We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing getaway and would absolutely stay here again.

The condo was exactly as pictured and described …. clean, modern, well decorated, incredible view, private and great location! The beach chairs, beach towels and the cooler really came in handy. The beds were very comfortable as was the living room and patio furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed having our morning coffee on the lanai and being entertained with all of the wild fowl, Nene, Cardinals, and other sea birds visiting the yard. We appreciated the convenience of the restaurants, clothing, stores, and the grocery store located within the Princeville community. There are numerous spectacular lookouts nearby as well as beautiful beaches. We enjoyed Hanalei Bay beach and the kayak rentals. Parking was a challenge! One thing we learned is that in Kauai, most of the boat tours, snorkel and scuba diving all happen on the southern side of the island during the months of October through May because the waves are too rough on the north part of the island. If you’re visiting during those months, you may want to plan accordingly if those type activities are on your agenda, as it takes about 1.5 hours to get to the south / southwest part of the island. We did the NePali coastline zodiac boat tour with Nepali Riders (which was amazing!!!) but we had to be there at 6:15 AM because most of the boat tours start very early to take advantage of calmer seas during the morning hours along the NePali coast. I highly recommend this gorgeous condo!

This condo on the North Shore of Kauai was absolutely amazing! The attention to detail was incredible. The decor is a perfect blend of old Hawaiian charm and modern touches. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a Keurig coffee maker, plenty of dishware, bowls, pans, sharp knives, a juicer, and Tupperware for packing snacks to the beach. From every room in the condo, you can enjoy breathtaking views, there’s even a pair of binoculars to watch the whales breach in the waves right outside your door! Every room has a TV with an Apple TV, and there are beach chairs, beach umbrellas, snorkel gear, beach towels, yoga mats, games, and books available for your use. We loved the privacy of this unit - it felt like having our own private front yard with plenty of outdoor seating. Everything was well thought out, well maintained, and simply beautiful. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Hard to Leave!

What an incredible place--it might be our new favorite on Kaua'i!! We stayed the last few days of trip in this gorgeous place and it exceeded our high expectations. The condo was clean and as pictured, the instructions/house rules clear, and the view breathtaking. We loved the one story building and the feel of privacy! We are 2 couples: an interior designer married to an electrical contractor, and an executive assistant married to an IT specialist. We love our kids (and their families). We live in Southern California and although many people believe it’s very similar – the trade winds render Kauai a tropical paradise. We enjoy the outdoors and there's no better place than Kauai – sometimes with the company of friends, other times as couples, and occasionally as an individual retreat.

Why they chose this property

We have enjoyed #3104 so much! While doing our renovations we thought the only other unit we'd really love would be #6101. Much to our surprise, it came available and we were blessed to be able to purchase this fabulous condo! We are blessed to have been able to create this special place we call Kauai Haven - our little slice of heaven and home away from home.

What makes this property unique

Single story! This is the only building in the Alii Kai complex that is a one-story AND it's on the ocean! It's got a nice grassy area off the back patio, giving you a very spacious feel.
