This studio is located in the heart of Auckland; New Zealand`s largest city. A cosy and private unit, perfect for two travellers exploring or working.

The balcony has a table and chairs to enjoy your morning or evening beverage. Equipped with a queen bed, linen (sheets, towels), full kitchen and bathroom this place has everything you need.

The laundry, washing machine and dryer, is located in the bathroom and is free to use.

We have enjoyed the memories we have made here, and we hope you enjoy it too.

This is a exclusive use studio apartment. The common areas include the walkways and foyer.

This studio requires a short walk to collect the key. This is a different location to the unit, please check to ensure this is suitable for you before booking.

Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, please let us know before booking as we try to accomodate all early check-ins and will need to prepare/check if possible. Early check-in cannot
be guaranteed if prior arrangement is not made.

No parties or excessive noise is permitted.

The quiet hours for this unit is 10pm to 8am everyday.

No smoking or vaping is permitted in the unit, on the balcony or in the common areas of the building.

Please note that this is a budget-friendly property, and the price reflects its current condition. It is a comfortable and functional place to stay, but it is not a luxury home.
