The magic starts on entry with an architecturally designed sculptured entrance opening to the middle level which houses two open plan living spaces with access to an outdoor covered terrace, a suspended kinara fireplace, dining room and kitchen (with Gaggeneau appliances and butler’s pantry) all overlooking the sparkling Western Port Bay waters and wet edge swimming pool through floor to ceiling windows.

The middle level also contains queen bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms and power room. Counter levered stairs take guests to the upper level study and a huge private deluxe master ensuite bedroom with balcony, walk in robes and unparalleled water views.

The lower ground level comprises of a large home cinema, steam/powder room and a third living space which opens onto a covered al fresco dining, outdoor kitchen, and wet edge pool. The manicured coastal garden winds down to multiple restful spots inclusive of a fire pit, access to the local walkway to the beach and lower private landing perfect for mediation or yoga.

Please ensure that guests DO NOT park on the road outside of the house to accommodate local residence. There is a double lock-up garage for 2 cars and parking in the driveway for up to 2 cars.

Bedroom Configuration: Sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 beds (maximum 6 adults and 2 children – children under 14 years old are not permitted). Bedroom and bathroom linen are included with your stay. Spare blankets are provided. Portacot and high chair available on request when booking.

ii. This property is the perfect venue for families (children over 14 years only), couples, corporate retreats, mothers group weekends and golfing weekends.
iii. A bond is required for all stays, which is refunded after the property is checked and there are no damages.
iv. Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us. All bookings are subject to approval pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory. Failure to complete the guest verification process within 24 hours of booking may result in automatic cancellation.
v. We do not accept schoolies, bucks or hens bookings, nor do we accept parties or events under any circumstances. This is due to strict council regulations enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council Short Stay Law to which you must agree to when booking with us.
