We stayed in Winnipeg for two nights for a medical appt. The property was located so close to where we needed be. It was also very close to the Outlet Collection Mall and gas stations. The property was tidy, and has everything you need for a short stay. Our host was pretty quick to answer any questions we had. Communication was clear. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family that will be visiting Winnipeg!

It is worth the price.The sofa bed isn't over comfortable but worked ok nonetheless.The location was ideal for me as I was visiting friends and family in the area.It is close to touristy things too.

Everything you need

Stayed during a swim meet as it was close to Pam Am Pool. Simple but it worked fine for my daughter and I over 4 days. We drove a crew cab truck which didn’t fit the parking pad available, ended up parking on the street in front of the house. Would stay here again.

Not cleaned well

The shower floor was spongy and there were hairs in the shower. Some of the lights did not work and it took awhile to get hold of the host to fix. 2 small windows that did not open, so felt really dark inside.

Door code was never set to my phone number so we were locked out twice. Bathroom was locked when we arrived and couldn't get in. The cleaner was there and tried to open it with a screwdriver and broke it owner said they would come and replace but didn't. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain as it was clogged with hair. Was advertised to include coffee but there was none. Coffee maker was there but no coffee. Also the basement was freezing with no extra blankets available. I used towels from the bathroom and wore a sweater to bed

Stay was clean and quiet, shopping centre close by and public transit within 5 minutes made downtown access very easy, electronic lock can be tricky (but that was definitely on my part) would recommend reserving the driveway if able as parking can be limited, overall would absolutely recommend 5/5

This was a terrible rental. Here is a list of negative things.The light in the kitchen area did not work.There was only 1 glass in the whole place.No dish towels or dish clothes.Only 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel to last all 3 days.It was a basement unit and was very cold. We had to shut all the air vents and run the small space heater all the time we were there despite the outside temperature being over 30 degrees.The clothes washer and dryer were already full of wet clothes when we arrived and stayed that way.A garbage bag of smelly garbage was left in the hall outside our entrance.The hair dryer blew the breaker leaving us with no electricity in the living room area and bedroom area. Nobody answered either of the emergency contact numbers. The host eventually responded by email and arranged for someone to fix the breaker later in the day.The host was away on holiday and was slow responding to our messages through Vrbo. Aside from getting the breaker reset she did not help us with any of our concerns.We were extremely disappointed and STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST renting this place.
