You get what you pay for with this stay.Pros: In a good location, easy check in/out, lent us an iron when we needed one before attending a wedding, quite a comfortable bedCons: dirty (stain on the carpet, toothpaste on the mirror), no coffee pods for coffee machine, noise from kids upstairs, poor upkeep (towel rack started to fall off the wall when I hung a towel from it, shower head seemed to come off the wall)

Stay was clean and quiet, shopping centre close by and public transit within 5 minutes made downtown access very easy, electronic lock can be tricky (but that was definitely on my part) would recommend reserving the driveway if able as parking can be limited, overall would absolutely recommend 5/5

Great small area for a stay in Winnipeg. It’s fairly central and exactly as described. I strongly recommend reserving the backyard parking ahead of time as well. If you want coffee, bring your own k-pods as well. Very clean and working

We stayed in Winnipeg for two nights for a medical appt. The property was located so close to where we needed be. It was also very close to the Outlet Collection Mall and gas stations. The property was tidy, and has everything you need for a short stay. Our host was pretty quick to answer any questions we had. Communication was clear. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family that will be visiting Winnipeg!

It is worth the price.The sofa bed isn't over comfortable but worked ok nonetheless.The location was ideal for me as I was visiting friends and family in the area.It is close to touristy things too.

Everything you need

Stayed during a swim meet as it was close to Pam Am Pool. Simple but it worked fine for my daughter and I over 4 days. We drove a crew cab truck which didn’t fit the parking pad available, ended up parking on the street in front of the house. Would stay here again.

The shower floor was spongy and there were hairs in the shower. Some of the lights did not work and it took awhile to get hold of the host to fix. 2 small windows that did not open, so felt really dark inside.

Door code was never set to my phone number so we were locked out twice. Bathroom was locked when we arrived and couldn't get in. The cleaner was there and tried to open it with a screwdriver and broke it owner said they would come and replace but didn't. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain as it was clogged with hair. Was advertised to include coffee but there was none. Coffee maker was there but no coffee. Also the basement was freezing with no extra blankets available. I used towels from the bathroom and wore a sweater to bed

Our stay was disappointing due to several cleanliness and maintenance issues. The lights in both the kitchen and bedroom didn't work, which was inconvenient. There was a noticeable stain on the carpet the couch, the comforter and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. The mirror was covered in water spots and dirt, the sink was dirty, the shower was not cleaned there was a false eyelash on the base of the toilet, and the bathroom vanity was very dusty. One leg of the vanity also appeared to have water damage.The unit smelled very musty when we arrived, and there were no coffee pods provided for the keurig. The staircase leading downstairs was filthy, which added to the overall impression that the property had not been properly cleaned Unfortunately, there was also a lot of noise late into the evening, with children running around and being quite loud, making it difficult to sleep.Overall, the property did not meet our expectations for cleanliness. We explained our concerns to the host asked for a refund on our second night, which she provided.

Nice little basement studio that still feels spacious in a nice area, very clean, lots of thoughtful little extras. The host was very communicative and clear and accommodating. I would stay there again.
