Ocean Front Property- New Upgraded Furnishings- Private Beach Access sleeps 6

Highly desirable Ocean Front location. Rocking chair front porch. House is 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. Includes 2 queen beds and 2 twin. Free WIFI. Property listed is the lower floor suite. This house has a professionally landscaped yard and parking. We are blocks from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a grill. All beds and furniture are brand new. We provide all linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new stainless dishwasher, stove, and fridge. All bedrooms have cable with flat screen wall mounted TV'S! We provide a front load washer and dryer in the laundry room. This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.

**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. Exceeding this number will be at a rate of $400 per person UP TO 4 people (GREEN HOUSE) and 6 people based on the home rented. We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a total of 6 people

Love staying here! This has been our spot at Carolina Beach for 4 years now and it never disappoints. Best features are the swing on the back deck and of course the walkout to the beach. The house has all the comforts of home and is close to the boardwalk and lots of places to enjoy food.

5 star, amazing, perfect and affordable! SOOOO clean and covenant. One thing to note is you cannot actually see the ocean from the lower level, just the sand dunes, but it is still lovely and relaxing. The beds are all comfortable and the property is one of the best taken care of properties that I have stayed in. I highly recommend this very affordable option!

Property was Amazing! Very clean, great layout, big bedrooms, bathrooms were great, new shower in the one room - fabulous! Kitchen has everything you need and lots of room to cook. Nice back porch swing, and backyard for kids to play, added bonus. Private Beach was so close. Close to great restaurants, Drift cafe is 5 mins drive away, the food is delicious, coffee and matcha's were excellent! Our host was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back some day.

We had a great few nights here! It was clean and in a great location. If you stay in the lower level, you do hear the people upstairs. The master bath was great, but there was no place in the shower to put your shampoo and soap. There was an arcade, but you had to have quarters to play. The mattresses in the room with the twin beds were super squeaky. Overall it was great, these were just the little things we noticed while there. We would stay here again!
