This is the perfect area of Ocean City. There are plenty of attractions within walking distance and you are far enough from the noise of the boardwalk. There is plenty of room for multiple families to enjoy. Don't worry about bringing a book to read for the beach. There are plenty to choose from and a little free library by the elevator. The only downside is the noise of being next to the highway. I personally prefer the sounds of the beach. However it's very difficult to find places as nice as this right on the beach.
