Located in the Shinjuku area, we’re just a 2- to 5-minute walk from the restaurant district and a 5-minute train ride from Shinjuku Station. Our rooms have been renovated to ensure comfort, tradition, and safety. Since we are a legally registered holiday rental, you can book with confidence.

We are a 100% licensed operation and are welcomed by the community to host guests. This room can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The room features 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room, and 1 bathroom.
Bedding includes 2 double beds (size: 150 × 200),1 semi-double bed (size: 120 × 200),
There is ample space under the beds, allowing you to easily unpack your suitcases.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, one induction cooktop, a microwave, an electric kettle, a rice cooker, kitchenware, cooking utensils, tableware for six people (plates and cups), a washing machine, a shower, a hair dryer, and, of course, air conditioning with heating and cooling functions.

☆The room offers high-speed Wi-Fi with unlimited data. TV (you can watch local channels, as well as a wide variety of content such as YouTube and Amazon Prime).
With this high-speed Wi-Fi, you can keep your smartphone, tablet, or PC connected at all times. This makes exploring Tokyo much easier.

**You can leave your luggage in the room before check-in (after 10:00 AM).
**You can leave your luggage in the room after check-out (until 4:00 PM). If you need to leave it after that time, please contact me.

We are now required to have all guests submit the following information to create a guest registry.

*My apartment is located in a quiet residential area. Please be mindful of noise when entering or exiting the building and while inside the apartment. Please do not disturb the neighbors. Do not leave trash in public areas. If you have any issues or complaints regarding neighbors, please contact me immediately.
* Please confirm the number of guests listed on your reservation. If there are additional guests, you will be required to pay an additional fee.
*Please note that if you fail to follow these rules, you may be asked to leave even if your stay has not yet ended. We kindly ask that you strictly adhere to the house rules.
