This was the perfect place for a father-son fishing getaway. Highly recommend renting the pontoon boat as well. The host’s communication was the best I’ve experienced using home rental platforms - above and beyond. We hope to return when we have an other good opportunity.

Great little Getaway

Myself and my nephew came there from western NY to do some fishing on some of the lakes for a few days location was great, quiet area. House was awesome we rented the boat for the week that was great also. We cooked out,place was clean. All around good time good place.

Comfy, cozy cabin with everything you’d need! From the booking to departure, the host was communicative, reachable and prompt in responses. The cabin is cozy and exactly as descibed/shown. The lake is relaxing and calm. Would definitely recommend & hope to stay again in the future!

The cabin is grat and so clean! They had so many ammenties available and we rented the pontoon which was also new and very clean. The owners were so great accommodating. We would recommend this rental to anyone looking for an escape on Spirit Lake!! Thank you so much for a great time!!

This was a wonderful cabin to rent for the week!! The owner was amazing and was a phone call away with any questions we had. The dock was absolutely beautiful to enjoy our morning coffee and to fish off of....we spent alot of our time out there that week. I would highly recommend this property and we look forward to staying there again in the near future!!! Thank you for the wonderful 4th of July vacation you provided to us ❤️

Awesome Family Lake Getaway

Spirit Lake was beautiful! Great fun outside fishing for bass and crappie, boating, kayaking, and swimming. The cabin has everything a family needs and was relaxing both indoors and out. We saw loons, herons, eagles, and deer. The sunsets were so pretty over the lake. The cabin’s bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom are very nice. Sleeping in the sunroom looking over the lake was cool. It was very convenient having a nice fish cleaning station with running water. Our teenagers said they had fun!

Our trip to Spirit Lake was absolutely wonderful! Our family of five (with three teenage boys) felt right at home. The house was cozy and well-equipped — we really only needed to bring clothes and groceries. Having the pontoon, fishing rods, washer/dryer, Keurig, and towels made everything so easy and stress-free.The little neighborhood off the dirt road is charming, and the setting is just beautiful. We loved hearing loons throughout the day (they even came right up to the dock!), and spotting the eagle’s nest across the lake was a real treat. Best of all, the bugs were surprisingly minimal for early August.Steve was incredibly kind and responsive, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

The property inside and out was exactly what we're looking for. Cozy interior with every you need. TV's in every room. I enjoyed the kayaking. My husband caught black crappie, bass, blue gills and a small pike. All from the pier. We enjoyed an evening by the fire. The property was very clean.
