This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom second floor condo unit offers a California king size bed in the primary bedroom, and a queen bed in the second bedroom with large closet space and furniture with drawers for clothing.. Note: walk in closet in the primary bedroom not available, there is a large clothing rack and plenty of furniture with drawers for clothing.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, and you can enjoy a nice coffee on the covered outdoor lanai off the kitchen or dining space. Also the indoor lanai with wall to wall sliding doors that open towards the back of the unit for viewing the outdoor green space. The property also boasts a private community pool accessible to renters who want to stay close to home.

Located just off Interstate 75, this spacious unit is the perfect choice for all types of travellers. The condo was perfect for our stay to support our daughter and SIL with the new baby. The host, Rita was extremely accommodating and responsive to all questions. The location is perfect but secluded from traffic woes. Easy and well located to all venues, shopping/ eatery/ Mote, and beaches. My favorite was access to Nathan Benderson Park for nice walks and events. The other residents were kind and friendly
