Very accommodating for all ages

Multi-family group. Plenty of bedroom configurations and bathrooms to fit our needs. Fun and safe yard to play in when not at beach. Large and open dining and living areas upstairs with recreation room and extra family room downstairs.

We were a large group and the space indoors and out was well appointed for us. The kitchen was well equipped. There was, however, a rank smell in one of the bathrooms, making it unusable. The adjoining bedroom was almost unusable as well. When we reached out for assistance we were told they would escalate our request, but then did not receive any further response. If not for the smell of dead animal, and the disappointing lack of response to that serious issue, the house was excellent and would’ve been perfect for our party.

We sincerely apologize for the odor issue in the bathroom and adjoining bedroom, as well as the lack of follow-up after you contacted us. That is not the level of service we expect to provide. We appreciate your feedback and regret that this issue affected an otherwise excellent stay.

Best family reunion yet!

We recently had a family reunion for our six children and their spouses and grandchildren. We always struggle finding a space, large enough and one that has kitchen and dining area to accommodate everybody. The Manzanita School house was the perfect spot! It was clean large and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for the 19 of us! The grounds are beautiful And private. We loved using the fire pit every evening and we grill burgers and dogs on their gas grill. It was great! Everyone felt comfortable and had plenty of space. We can’t stop talking about how awesome this day was!

Great place for large group. Although kitchen is a bit lacking in counter space. Beds and bedrooms are fine. Host could not replace broken tv nor fix the lock. But did lock house remotely for us.
