RestonAperture

Very clean, well- located property to everywhere Resto/Herndon. Lack of disclosure pre-arrival of parking requirement at xtra cost per night an inconvenient delay in getting settled in. Also entry key confusion on residence's part resulted in no fewer than 3 attempts to get compatible/proper key for room and building itself. Aperture staff helpful and cheerful...just unacceptable access delays for traveler.

Maura, we're glad you found the property clean and well-located. We apologize for the confusion regarding parking costs and the delays with the entry key. We understand how frustrating that can be, and we're working to improve the check-in process for future stays. We're happy to hear that the Aperture staff was helpful and cheerful throughout the experience. The GLS Customer care team.
