Easy to find, 5 min from the grocery store, out of the hubbub of downtown WP and Fraser but very close. Easy drive to the ski area. All the amenities. Kitchen was well stocked with plates and silverware which was nice. Definitely recommend and will look to stay there again.

Thanks Ann for leaving a great review! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay, thanks for staying with us. Cheers!
Family friendly! This house was excellent! The kitchen is huge, hot tub was amazing, and beds were super comfortable. This place is big enough to comfortably accommodate a larger group. The host was also super responsive and very nice. We stayed over Thanksgiving and they even left us a pie! We have a 1 year old and were pleasantly surprised to find a high chair, a baby gate, a pack and play, and a box of baby toys and books. My only comment is that they were low on pantry staples, so if you need oil/salt/pepper/etc. you should bring your own.
Check in and check out was a breeze, appreciated the tech support help via text. I could not get the TV sound to work and they were very accommodating to help me. The kitchen needs new pots and pans badly. I cooked two meals every day for four days using badly scratched and burnt surfaces of the pans, I had no choice. The cast-iron frying pans were rusted and unusable.

Thank you for the review. We are updating the pots and pans.
The house was great. It has everything that we needed. Communication was top notch. After packing up and ready to leave I realized I had lost a very important piece of jewelry. Shortly after notifying the management company, I received a call stating their team had found it in the bathroom drain. I am so thankful for their willingness to go to the extent that they did.

We're so glad you had a inclination of where that jewelry could be, and we were able to recover it! Come back and stay with us again soon!
We had several different arrivals but the property communication made it so very simple. The first team arrived and found the home very clean and warm - ready to receive our family. I had enough communication with the property throughout our stay, I felt like we were friends by the end of our stay. We woke up each day with the driveway plowed and after a big snow, the sidewalks shoveled. The shuttle access from the house was very convenient. Since we had so many with us, this was very helpful with some leaving at different times to hit the slopes or going to town for shopping. The garage was very spacious. We were able to put 1 large pick up and a mid sized SUV with decent space to move between the vehicles. The beds were comfortable. We all slept well and comfortably. We ate most meals at the house and the kitchen is great! The smart stove top took a bit to get used to but it was fun learning. We had two pups with us and they were welcomed with dog treats. I highly recommend this home for any family traveling and wanting a home away from home!
Thanks for the review Dave. We would appreciate feedback as to what minor details need addressed. We did not hear from you a single time once you checked in, and if we don't know, we can't fix it. Thanks again and come back soon.
