The Reserve

Located just minutes away from the beach, and included in your reservation is private beach access! At the clubhouse there are two outdoor swimming pools (closed during the winter), a communal hot tub and tennis/pickleball courts, and a gym. Overnight boat and trailer parking available at the entrance of the gated subdivision.



Main Level

Upon entering the home, guests will be greeted by luxurious furniture and stunning decor that immediately set the tone for a relaxing stay. The living room features a cozy fireplace, a large TV, and unbeatable views of Bear Lake. Connected to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with bar stools, a dining table, and a beautiful lake view from the kitchen window. There is also a laundry room and a half bath located next to the garage.



Adjacent to the living room is the luxurious master suite; featuring direct patio access, a TV for guest entertainment. There is a spacious shower in the expansive master bathroom, which also has a double vanity.



Downstairs

Bedroom 1: Queen bed, twin bunk bed, and a TV.

Bedroom 2: King bed and a TV.

Bedroom 3: Two twin bunk beds.

Bedroom 4: Two twin-over-queen bunk beds.



With another large gathering area to entertain, a children`s play nook under the stairs, and four additional bedrooms, the downstairs area makes this rental complete. There are two full bathrooms, along with comfortable leather couches for relaxation after a long day at the lake.



Game Room

The attached garage has been transformed into an exciting game room! It features a ping pong table, basketball arcade game, life-sized chess set, foosball table, and plenty of seating. This space is perfect for making lasting memories with family and friends.

For winter guests: 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended in the winter. This driveway and surrounding roads will be plowed after a snow storm but driving conditions can be unpredictable so guests are encouraged to drive with caution.
