Grand Lake Home with amazing views! Home offers 2 Living areas, Master bedroom with king size bed, lake view, deck access & large master bath with tub for relaxing after that long day of fun & walk-in shower, double sinks and walk-in closet, 2 more king bedrooms on the main floor, bath and a utility room with plenty of space for extra food and necessities. The open Kitchen, Living Room and Dining has so much to offer from plenty of seating in the oversized living room allowing for lots of friend and family gatherings and watching movies on the 75 inch flat screen tv not to mention being able to converse with the cooks. The kitchen is a chefs dream, 2 refrigerators, large cook top, double ovens one is convection or bake and a large island, there is not a lack of counter space so everyone can help prep. Seating for 20 people in the kitchen dining area and just out the door on the large deck with seating for 18 more. Basement is complete with gaming area with 75 inch flat screen tv and reclining sectional with 5 recliners, a ping pong table and a shuffleboard table. There are 2 king bedrooms with 3 twin bunks in each and lake views, queen bedroom with 3 twin bunks and a bunk room with 6 built in bunks, 2 large baths with double sinks and rain head in the oversized bath tubs. Other amenities include BBQ grill and a gas fire pit. The 3000 sq. ft. dock has 2 boat slips, jet ski lifts and lots of deck area with both sun and shade. The lake toys include a slide on the dock, dive platform, 3 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and a lily pad. The home sleeps 27 in beds. This home is for families, church groups, and corporate retreats. Sorry, no party groups or pets allowed.


CANCELLATIONS- A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date, a $200.00 administration fee is charged. Cancellations that are made within 30-59 days of the arrival date, will incur a 50% penalty of the total rental rate and taxes. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival date forfeit 100% of total rental rate and taxes. Cleaning fees and security deposit will be refunded. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. We do not refund rent or deposits lost due to canceled or shortened stays because of weather. Departures due to inclement weather do not warrant refund of rent or deposit.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean the Grill.
Lock the Kayaks/paddleboards and return the keys to their proper location. Pull swim ladder up out of the water. Have watermat secured on dock.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
I agree to the owner’s rental contract [the contract] & agree when a conflict exist the contract will supersede agreements or contracts with VRBO.com.
I agree to be bound by the cancellation policy in the contract and not the cancellation policy on VRBO.com.

The house and dock were great. Lots of space. Well stocked kitchen. The bugs on the balconies ran us inside in the evenings, and the light fixtures and fans on the balconies were pretty bad with bugs and spiders...Overall though, everyone really enjoyed the house and dock.

Great multi-family property

We enjoyed our stay with extended family. The house had plenty of space, the manager was easy to communicate with and this area of the lake is near perfection. It was calm, dock was jam packed with fun to be had. We spent all day, every day down at the dock! Highly recommend this property.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this beautiful home! The house was stunning, beds were comfortable and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing stay. The accommodations were top-notch, and every detail was thoughtfully considered.Our favorite part was definitely the dock — we spent so much time there soaking up the sun, enjoying the water, and taking in the peaceful surroundings. This house works great for our large group of college friends with their families (all our kids are teens now). We love the large kitchen and the pantry area. The dock is great for many people to gather. Kids love the platform to jump, paddleboards, lily pad, etc. This is our 5th time renting with Terry & Terrie & they have always been great!

Thanksgiving Reunion

This property was absolutely perfect for our Thanksgiving reunion. The house is well laid out; the view is gorgeous; and the owners a joy to work with. The kitchen is beyond well-stocked with everything you need for all possible meals. Great weekend!

This house was such a great place to host our reunion. They was more than enough space for people to spread out and not feel on top of each other. We could have even added more! The kitchen was amazing to cook and serve the large group. Everyone enjoyed the dock and water toys. Hopefully we'll be able to return in future future years!

Great house for great family time!

Our stay at Lakehouse #9 was great. We met our 2 daughters and their families for our annual summer family vacation, and had a wonderful time in this beautiful, roomy home. The huge updated kitchen made it easy for all the cooks to work together, and all the bedrooms meant that even the kids got their own rooms! We loved the lake toys (kayaks, paddleboats, slide, high dive). The owners were tremendously responsive when we had minor issues. I'd recommend this to any family looking for some good family time on at the lake.

Top Notch Lake House! (All the things!!!)

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a lake retreat!!! This stay was amazing for our 19 family members, ranging from 5 yrs old up to 65yrs. Plenty of room among the multiple levels, amazing bedrooms (almost all with king beds), including many bunking options for the littles. The absolute favorites for the kids were the game room and the Dock was a hit for everyone. Between the slide, the high dive, water mat, and the kayaks/paddle boards, we spend most of our days on the water. Thai inside of the house was immaculate. Clean, and had more utensils, towels, TP, kitchenware, etc than any other vacation house we have ever been in.

I organized a family reunion, 23 of us. This house really did accommodate everyone and everything. The dock with all it's toys were the highlight especially for the kids. The bathroom tub in the downstairs did prove to be slippery but we just went out and bought a rubber bath mat. The hosts were so easy to work with. They even recommended a boat company to help us rent a boat for our stay. We would definitely rent from them again. Thank you for allowing our family to make some great memories.

PERFECTION

This home is well appointed with everything you could possibly need. It was large, spacious, beautifully decorated and a phenomenal location. Bring your groceries, closest store is 30 minutes away. We knew this ahead of time and came prepared. So many personal touches that made the trip great. The lily pad, kayaks, paddle boards, slide off the dock, and dive platform had our kids worn out by the days end. The owners were so kind and easy to get a hold of. We had a large group with lots of kids and everyone loved the house! The cove was off the main channel so it was quiet and perfect for tubing, waterskiing, etc. we rented a boat and truly had the best trip. We will be back again!

What a lovely home!!! The house is even better than the pictures. The place is huge. We had 12 adults for a short weekend getaway. We were able to spread out when we wanted but hang out together all in the same room. The home is fully equipped with everything you need, I mean everything. The kitchen has every appliance and gadget needed to prepare a meal for 12 adults. All the beds are very comfortable and all of the bathrooms are large enough to share. Overall the home is wonderful!

Large Family Lake Vacation

Everything was great!!! The unit was scrupulously clean and exactly as described in the description. Actually the unit seemed larger than described. The large living room and decks were perfect for a large group allowing easy conversation and gathering. We watched family movies on the large TV, with no problems. All of the equipment from ping pong and shuffleboard to Dock equipment like paddle boards, slides and lilypad were in excellent condition. As previous reviews mentioned this kitchen has everything you need and the mudroom, with an extra freezer and storage space for food was super appreciated. The hosts are amazing, incredibly responsive and helpful. The only improvement I could ask for is an additional bathroom since we had such a large group.

Family Vacation

This property was clean and spacious for our group of 12 adults and children. We loved the dock space for fishing, swimming, PWC lifts and boat slip. The view from either of the decks is great. The location is convenient to the boat launch and local shopping. The home is equipped with all the necessities needed and is very comfortable. Plenty of parking for our vehicles as well. We enjoyed our stay.

Great house for a group!

We are a group of several families who travel each summer. This is 2nd time we have used this house & the 3rd time we have rented with Terry & Terrie. They have always been great! The house has a great mudroom to help store ALL the things you need to feed this many people! We appreciate the ample seating, large decks & that the dock is close to the house. The kids enjoyed all the lake toys so much! The house is very clean & kitchen is well supplied. Our group looks forward to coming back again!

Amazing house for large family

This is a wonderful property for a large family/group. We had 25 people, ages 10-75. Sufficient room in the house for hanging out, sleeping, entertainment. Plenty of bathroom space. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with anything you'd possibly need. The dock is hands down the best part of this home. Our kids (and a few of the adults) took full advantage of the toys, including the diving platform which was a huge hit. We've never been to the Ozarks before. I was very nervous about safety given stories of how crazy it can be there during the summer months. After day one, I didn't worry about safety one bit. It is in a quiet, family friendly cove with limited traffic. Our hosts were very accommodating. We only needed additional toiletries and they were there w/in the hour to re-stock. The only feedback I'd share is that the basement showers were very slippery. If you have older family members staying down there, you might want to be careful. The parking is tight, but we had 6 cars and we managed to fit. I would highly recommend this house and we can't wait to return.
