The upper house lives very much like a private single family home; it is light and bright and features 3 bedrooms plus a loft on the top floor that can serve as a 4th bedroom and 4 bathrooms; no detail has been overlooked in this sophisticated beach house. Complete with cathedral ceilings, French oak wood flooring throughout, wainscoting, custom beautiful built-ins.
