This home features a private balcony with ocean views, a shared BBQ, an infinity pool, a hot tub area, right on the beach. Watch people surf or those learning to surf from your large private second floor balcony, from the 20 meter infinity pool (that is shared with only 9 other 2 bdrm units) or the sandy beach.

Amazing Place

Great place, great location, rooms were big, can’t beat the views. The beach was really crowded and loud due to the holiday but we had a great spot by the pool and enjoyed the local flair. Food in town was great, prices were resort prices and expected.

A Dream Vacation on the Beach in Punta de Mita

This place made our vacation perfect! The property is beachfront and you can't ask for a better ocean view. Access to surfing is at your doorstep. We enjoyed many mornings of drinking coffee on the deck while watching the sunrise, the birds, and the surf. The space itself is well laid out, nicely furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen is well set up. Location in Punta de Mita is fantastic, with close proximity to great restaurants and local taquerias. The place is safe and secure, and quiet, and has a nice community feel to it. The host was also incredibly helpful and responsive. Getting into the place was very easy. What a special treat to stay here! We will definitely be back. We'd recommend to anyone that wants luxurious feeling beachfront accommodation. Fantastic value! Just grab your board and surf when the waves are on!

Incredible place right at the Beach!

We absolutely loved are stay!  What a fabulous location for surfing and close to the traditional street tacos as well as restaurant row.  We had street taco's at Theresa’s 5 minute stroll into the Village of Punta De Mita where the locals live.  Very welcoming and safe Spanish community who tolerated my weak Spanish. We also adventured to the Restaurant Row which features casual beachside and upscale fine dining restaurant – located about a 10 minute walk down the beach from the condo. “La Rustica” for its Tuna or wood oven pizza plus margaritas is a must try. The condo is right on the beach. The ocean views (from every room) and extra large patio are dreamy!! The comfortable mattress, high quality linens, great AC and the sound of waves resulted in deep sleeps.  The spacious condo and patio were super clean, and the hosts were amazing and responsive.  The owner has thought of everything -  beautiful Mexican glasses at the Bar and an Espresso Machine were an added bonus. Coffee, stretch, surf (secure gated beach access and board storage), Hot Tub, pool swim and REPEAT!  PERFECT! We have already booked our return for January 2025.
