Check in was easy and the kitchen was well equpped. The bedding was stained and the sheets had holes. Also, if you can’t check in until 4pm, checkout should be later. The link for the directions is not accurate.

The TV didn't work. A technician came when everyone was gone, and got a gray screen on the TV. There were 4 remotes with no instruction for any of them. The second week everyone brought their laptops. the refrigerator door doesn't open completely so the bottom drawer is unusable. Parking is tight.

The house itself is in a nice, quiet location, tucked away in Nehalem and a short drive to both downtown Nehalem and the beach in Manzanita. It was clean and comfortable. It was slightly hard to find, just because the house is tucked back in the trees with a small, gravel driveway.The check-in process had some issues, we were alerted only 6 hours in advance that our check-in had been moved from 4:00PM to 7:30PM. While we ended up getting a text just after 6 that it was ready for us to check-in, we still had to call the property manager to get in because the door code we were given did not work.If you're a light sleeper, note that even the smallest sounds from downstairs will echo up into the loft bedroom. Overall I'd give a 7/10 with the issues being largely administrative.
